School Brief Introduction
Liaoning Technical University is a key national university with more than 65 years of history. In 1978, LNTU was acknowledged as one of the 88 key universities by the State Council and was granted the authority of accepting international students (one of 200 national universities) and conferring Master and Doctor Degrees in 1981 and 1993 respectively. In 1999, LNTU set up post-doctoral working station, and get the authority of conferring Engineering Master Degrees. LNTU focuses on innovative methods in scientific research, practical-based learning and active participation in social service. The university boasts 29 schools, we have a large body of around 33,000 students, among which covers doctoral, postgraduate, undergraduate, vocational and overseas students.
The LNTU campuses are perfect for teaching, research and studying. Quiet surroundings and beautiful environment, blended by rows of teaching buildings of foreign architectural taste give LNTU the prestige it deserves. The university spreads across an area of 4,240 acres, we are blessed by convenient transportation and 3 campuses, two are located in Fuxin City and one is in Huludao City.
Now LNTU has 4 post-doctoral stations (Coal Mine Engineering, Mechanics, Surveying Science & Technology and Safety Science & Engineering). Totally, we offer 34 Doctoral programs, 96 Master programs and 67 Bachelor programs. We also have 1 national model teaching center, 1 national safety technology research center, 11 key provincial key laboratories. Over the years, the system of educational subjects offered at LNTU was changed in order to meet the economic demands at the nation. At present we have 1484 full-time teachers, more than 874 professors and associate professors, 4 part-time Academicians.
The university fosters international exchange and development. We have established academic exchange and cooperation with about 100 universities and scientific research institutions from Germany, Australia, South Africa, the United States, Japan, Russian Federation, Poland, Vietnam and others. The university has sent experts and scholars to initiate scientific research and academic exchange and cooperation. Quantities of famous experts are employed as our honor professor. We have a large board of foreign experts and overseas students, and undertake more than 10 research subjects with foreign institutions. II. Accommodation &Condition
Ordinary double room with public kitchen, refrigerator, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, regular hot water, free electricity and water, internet is paid by user.
Luxury triple room with private bathroom, air-conditioner, carpet, wardrobe, refrigerator, 24hour hot water, bookshelf, desk, chair, freewater and electricity, internet should be paid by user.
III. Medical Insurance
All the international students have to buy insurance during the study in China, students have to pay insurance fee and buy the insurance f rom the Insurance Company, when they arrive at school, if students don’t pay in the designated time , they can’t register at school.
IV.Application Time：From March 1st to June 30th for September intake.
Registration Time：Exact registration date is on the admission letter of Liaoning Technical University.
V. Application Procedure
1.Submit documents to school email study_lntu@lntu.edu.cn
2.Check the documents, students are qualified and school will give issue pre-admission letter.
3.After paying the first year tuition fee , school will apply for JW202 for the qualified students and send Admission Letter and JW202.
4.Whether admitted or not, documents won’t be given back.

Chinese Government Scholarship Application
Introduction to Chinese Government Scholarships
In order to promote the mutual understanding, cooperation and exchanges in various fields between China and other countries, the Chinese government has set up a series of scholarship programs to sponsor international students, teachers and scholars to study and conduct research in Chinese universities. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC), entrusted by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as MOE), is responsible for the enrollment and the administration of Chinese Government Scholarship programs. Now, 279 designated Chinese universities offer a wide variety of academic programs in Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Legal Studies, Management, Education, History, Literature, Philosophy, and Fine Arts for scholarship recipients at all levels. Please go on http://www.csc.edu.cn/, CSC scholarship covers bachelor, master and doctor study.
Application Procedure
1.Applicants should apply in the department of sending students abroad of their home countries.
2. Please apply online http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org,fill out all the information and print out the Chin ese Government Scholarship Application Form online, you can ask the department which is in charge of sending students abroad in your country for the instructions of Chinese Government Scholarship study in china ,and Liaoning Technical University organization No.10147.

5. Documents
⑴Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form in English or Chinese.
⑵Notarized highest diploma, if applicant is a student, should submit the testimonial from the studying school to prove he is studying there. All these should be translated into English or Chinese and notarized.
⑶Transcripts, if not English or Chinese has to be translated into English or Chinese and notarized.
⑷Study and research plan in China (in English or Chinese, no less than 800 words)
⑸ Recommendation letter in English or in Chinese.
⑹ Applicant under the age of 18 has to submit documents of the legal guardian in China.
⑺Physical exam
⑻ If applicants have got HSK transcript report, please attach a copy of it in the documents.

6.China Scholarship Council will send the name list, admission letter and visa application form JW201to universities, university will send them to students or the related department.
7.After admission, students can’t change their universities, majors and study time.
8. Scholarship recipient can’t come to school on time, the seat won’t be kept.

Liaoning Province Government Scholarship
This scholarship is only for doctoral degree studying and documents are the same as Chinese Government Scholarship except the application form, you can download from our website.
Application deadline: May 30, 2020.
Presidential Scholarship
This scholarship is a university partial scholarship, for bachelorand master .documents are the same as bachelor students’, but with good score.
