Cen Song, male, born in August 1972 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, a member of the CPC, Doctor of Engineering (Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University,2000),aprofessor, doctoral supervisor, and dual professor of Tsinghua University. From September 2000 to March 2022, he undertook teaching and research work at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Tsinghua University, serving as a postdoctoral fellow, lecturer, associate professor, professor, and permanent professor. From August 2004 to June 2020, he served as the leader of the Graduate Working Group of the Party Committee of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Tsinghua University, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Military Industry Department of the Tsinghua University Research Institute, Deputy Dean of the Tsinghua University Research Institute, and Director of the Tsinghua University Confidentiality Management Office. In June, 2020, he served as the vice president (temporary) of Liaoning Technical University; in January, 2022, he served as the member, deputy secretary and president of the Party Committee of Liaoning Technical University; and now he is the secretary of the Party Committee of Liaoning Technical University.

At present, he is also the representative to the 14th National People's Congress of Liaoning Province, the vice chairman of China Coal Education Association, the director of China Mechanical Society, the executive director of Beijing Mechanical Society, the subeditor of the journal of Applied Mechanics of China Mechanical Society, and the editorial board member of the international SCI journal Engineering Calculation. He has been selected for the New Century Excellent Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Science and Technology New Star Program. Won: the commemorative medal for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the China (issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, and the Central Military Commission), the second prize of the the State Natural Science Award (ranking second/fifth), the National Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award, the Asia Pacific Computational Mechanics Society Young Computational Mechanics Researcher Award, the second prize of the 10th Young Teachers of Colleges and Universities (research category of Huo Yingdong Education Foundation ), the second prize of Xu Zhilun Mechanics Award, Tsinghua University Academic Newcomer Award Honors include Outstanding Counselor from Beijing University, Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow from Tsinghua University, and Outstanding Doctoral Graduate from Tsinghua University.

Ma Xiuquan, male, was born in Hegang, Heilongjiang Province in April 1972, a member of the CPC, master of management, professor. He has successively served as Deputy Secretary and Vice President of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Liaoning Technical University, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Graduate School of Liaoning Technical University, dean of the President's Office of Liaoning Technical University, Director of the Party and Government Office of Liaoning Technical University, Head of the Party Organization Department of Liaoning Technical University, Vice President of Liaoning Technical University, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Liaoning Technical University, and now serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and president of Liaoning Technical University .

Yu Haichen, male, was born in September, 1971 ,in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, a member of the CPC, with a master's degree in management .He has successfully preserved as the vice dean of the Office of the Department of Labor and Social Security of Liaoning Province, the vicedirector of the Policy Research Division of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Liaoning Province, the director of the Policy Research Division of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Liaoning Province, The Director (Director) of the Party Committee Office (Human Affairs Division) of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Liaoning Province, and a first class researcher. He is now the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Liaoning Technical University,supervisor of the Liaoning Provincial Supervision Commission in Liaoning Technical University.

Zhang Shudong, male,born in September 1975 in Zhaozhou, Heilongjiang Province, a member of the CPC, Doctor of Engineering, associate professor. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Personnel Department of Liaoning Technical University, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Software of Liaoning Technical University, the director of the Personnel Department and the director of the Performance Assessment Office of Liaoning Technical University. He is now the Vice President of Liaoning Technical University and concurrently the director of the Campus Committee of Huludao Campus of Liaoning Technical University.

Han Jun, male, was born in May 1980 in Fugu, Shanxi Province, a member of the CPC, with a postgraduate qualification, a doctor's degree in engineering, a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. He has successively served as the vice president of the School of Mining of Liaoning Technical University, the vice president of the School of Mining (presiding over the work), the president of the School of Mining, and the head of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Division. He is now the vice president of Liaoning Technical University.

Rong Desheng, male, born in January 1975, in Kelan, Shanxi Province, a member of the CPC, has an on-the-job postgraduate degree, a doctor's degree in engineering, a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. He has successively served as the vice president of the School of Electrical and Control Engineering of Liaoning Technical University, the deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, the director of the Aesthetic Education Office, the director of the Teachers' Teaching Development Center, and the director of the Academic Affairs Office. He is now the vice president of Liaoning Technical University.

Li Bing, male, was born in September, 1977, in Jianping, Liaoning Province, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a master’s degree in science. He has successfully preseved as the deputy county governor of Jianchang County Government in Huludao City, standing committee member of Jianchang County Party Committee, chairman of the General Trade Union, standing committee member of Jianchang County Party Committee, minister of Organization Department, standing committee member of Jianchang County Party Committee, deputy county governor of Xihe District Party Committee in Fuxin City, secretary of Party Working Committee and Director of Management Committee of Xihe Industrial Base in Fuxin City, director of the Office of Fuxin Municipal Party Committee, deputy minister of the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, deputy minister of Fuxin Municipal Party Committee Organization Department in charge of daily work, and is now served as a member of the Party Committee of Liaoning Technical University, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Liaoning Provincial Supervisory Commission in Liaoning Technical University, senior supervisors second class.
