On March 19, our school fully entered the state of fully closed management, and the "epidemic" began to attack.

Under the leadership of school leaders and Party Committee members, Fuxin campus has more than 700 teaching staff living in the campus, including organs, public security, school hospitals, reception service centers, general affairs, logistics and student work teachers. There are mothers who have left two children, fathers who have more than 80 days left for the college entrance examination, and couples who take turns to be on duty... After receiving the notice of campus closed management, the school scientifically studied and judged the situation, strictly formulated the procurement plan, and urgently purchased living materials such as marching beds and bedding, which provided a strong material guarantee for closed management. As of the evening of the 19th, all resident teaching staff on Zhonghua Road and Yulong campuses had received rest and cold protection equipment.

The general affairs department is mainly responsible for the people's livelihood on campus. The director of the general affairs department is the big housekeeper of the school. Since the school issued the notice of campus closure, the general affairs office has held five meetings of canteen tenants, commercial outlets and directors of various centers to do a good job in early mobilization and preparation. At present, all cadres at or above the section level of the general affairs office are on closed duty at the school. At present, there are 78 collective employees of the whole people, and 47 are closed at the school, ensuring the smooth operation of the school in terms of food supply, electricity, water, repair and heating. All kinds of goods on the shelves are complete, and there are all kinds of daily needs, especially in water, instant noodles, ham sausage, bread, milk, toilet paper, women's products and so on. In order to cope with closed management and meet the living needs of teachers and students, the work study supermarket has stored common materials several times more than the daily stock volume in advance according to the requirements of the school, and the four warehouses on the north and South campuses have been full. All teachers and students in the work study supermarket try their best to make a reasonable overall plan, provide material guarantee for everyone's life and maintain price stability. At present, other shopping places in the school also have sufficient materials, and strictly implement the campus epidemic prevention and control policies, carry out all-round killing regularly, ensure no dead corner, frequent ventilation, and ensure that the shopping environment is clean and safe. A cup of instant noodles and a bag of pickled mustard. At 9:46 p.m. on the 19th, Hongke Tao, President of the school hospital, had a late dinner. After a few bites of instant noodles, he had to start arranging the preparation of the whole staff the next day. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the school hospital has always adhered to the forefront of campus epidemic prevention and control. From disinfection management, material standby, contact and cooperation with local hospitals and so on, we have always adhered to our duties, always rushed to the front line and worked on the front line, so as to build a healthy defense line for teachers and students. During the "late spring cold" brought by the epidemic, the school has completed four rounds of nucleic acid testing for all staff. He said that the campus epidemic prevention and control is of great responsibility to the school hospital, and there can be no negligence.

Closed management is to really close the school teachers and students in a safe campus space. According to the requirements of closed management, the most important thing is to strictly abide by the "school gate". The constantly changing confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections in the province have made everyone full of vigilance. The changes of the epidemic situation in Fuxin have strained the nerves of all the staff of the public security department. There are frequent personnel exchanges between the two campuses in Fuxin campus, among which Zhonghua Road Campus is located in the urban area, which adds difficulties to the adherence. After the release of the closed management notice, the school conducted a comprehensive investigation, added cameras in key locations, and a patrol team composed of staff patrolled the campus twice in the morning and afternoon. Patrol cars were set up in places where students are easy to contact with people outside the campus, such as the north gate of Zhonghua Road Campus, so as to ensure that they understand the dynamics of the campus and protect the safety of the campus at the first time. However, Li Jian said, "the campus is safe, stable and orderly, the students are emotionally stable, and the student staff have made a lot of efforts!"

The oldest is 58 years old and the youngest has just worked for one year. They went deep into the dormitory to communicate with the students, timely understand the needs, do a good job in security, bring the care and warmth of the school, and tide over the difficulties with everyone. In order to effectively implement the school's closed management policy, School of International Education issued a notice to all foreign students at the first time, timely explained the necessity of campus closed management to foreign students, assigned full-time counselors and teachers to manage the dormitory area, arranged dormitories and volunteers of foreign students to assist, and did not miss any detail to ensure the effect of closed management of foreign students in school. For students approaching graduation, provide remote online academic guidance. In addition, the parents were told about their care for the epidemic prevention and control measures of the country or the school's long-distance arrangement through e-mail, and expressed their confidence in the epidemic prevention and control measures of the school to their children.

This epidemic is the second mutation encountered by the school. Our school runs schools in Fuxin and Huludao. The epidemic broke out in Huludao City on the eve of school opening. Now Fuxin city has entered a breakthrough. These changes have had a serious impact on the normal teaching and living order of the school: the students in Huludao campus delayed returning to school, and the "pause" button was pressed on two campuses in Fuxin campus. But school teaching skipped the "pause" and opened the cloud classroom. The school timely adjusted the teaching plan, built technical platform support, carried out teacher training and services, and strengthened online course patrol and guarantee to ensure the seamless connection and smooth operation of undergraduate teaching online and offline. In order to realize the substantial equivalence between online teaching and classroom teaching quality, documents such as the implementation plan of undergraduate teaching in 2022 spring semester of Liaoning University of engineering and Technology (Huludao campus) and the online teaching plan for 2022 spring semester of Liaoning Technical University (Fuxin campus) have been formulated and issued to guide and ensure the work of all links of undergraduate teaching at the present stage. Up to now, a total of 934 teachers and 1889 courses have carried out online teaching, accounting for 86.6% of the total number of theoretical courses in this semester. The total number of students participating in online learning has reached 112834, and 5991 graduates' Graduation Designs (Papers) have realized online guidance.
