Sponsored by the International Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Ministry of Education and undertaken by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, the Fifth "My Beautiful Encounter with China" Essay and Short Video Competition was successfully held in December 2021. Dileep Kumar, a Pakistani student of our university, actively participated in the competition and won the characteristic award, and our university won the excellent organization award.

The event received a total of more than 600 solicitation works from more than 100 domestic colleges and universities, groups of overseas education offices and individuals, which vividly publicized the Chinese stories of foreign students in China. The winning works will be published by the People's Daily Press, entitled "Beautiful Encounter with me in China" - the Excellent Collection of Essay Contest 2021, and will be published in the overseas edition of the People's Daily,  also on the websites and the official accounts of the Shenzhou Scholars and the "Study Abroad China". The competition is a national event hosted by the Ministry of Education. Our University actively organized foreign students to participate in the competition, publicized the education brand of "Study Abroad in Liaoning Technical University ", and showed the professional characteristics and student style of foreign students in China.
