Recently, the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education announced the award results of the Chinese Government's scholarship for outstanding overseas students in 2019. After the evaluation by experts, Kurbatov Dmitry, a doctoral student from Russia and Sobia Naseem, a doctoral student from Pakistan, were awarded the Chinese Government scholarship of Outstanding International Students.

Since 2015, in order to expand the influence and model leading role of Chinese government scholarships, and cultivate more international talents who know China and who are friendly to China, the Ministry of education has set up "Chinese Government Scholarship for Excellent International Students" for all overseas students studying in China. Due to the large number of applicants and the small number of approved places, the award is regarded as the highest honor granted by the Chinese Government to overseas students. This is the fifth year in a row that our school students have won the award, which reflects the outstanding achievements of our school in improving quality and efficiency and the vigorous development trend of cultivating high-quality international talents.
