On November 10, 2019, School of International Education of Liaoning Technical University held a law lecture for the international students at school, and invited police officer Jiang Bin, the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Fuxin Public Security Bureau, to publicize the Exit and Entry laws of China for overseas students in China. Police Officer Jiang gave detailed legal publicity and case answers to the students about entry-exit management. The overseas students had a deep understanding of the Law of Entry-exit of China. Combining with their own experiences and situation, the overseas students put forward many personal questions, and Police officer Jiang also gave patient and detailed answers.

In response to the most relevant problems of overseas students, Police officer Jiang publicized in detail the types of student visas and illegal work regulations, and warned students that a study visa means to study and not to work. When overseas students asked about the visa type of their families, Police officer Jiang answered that they need to apply for S2 visa when they come to China and stay with their families. In response to the legal issues concerned by overseas students, Police Officer Jiang patiently answered them one by one, and the students also had a deeper understanding of China's Entry-exit Laws.
