On April 24th, the international student academic forum organized by School of International Education was held in the international student classroom of Boya building. This forum attracted more than 80 students from our university. In the forum, Umid from Uzbekistan, Yasir and Kashif from Pakistan, Bui Van Duyen from Vietnam and Jacob from Liberia respectively gave a detailed explanation of Uzbekistan's coal mining technology, statistical research results, management research results, Chinese learning methods and so on.

In the forum, the judges and students there asked questions which they were interested. The reporter answered in an orderly manner and the atmosphere was harmonious and enthusiastic. The foreign student representative also spoke in the forum, and expressed sincere thanks to the Liaoning Technical University for the strong support of the foreign students. They expressed their diligence in studying and rewarded the cultivation of the alma mater in the future with excellent performance.

The convening of the international student academic forum promoted the interest of overseas students in scientific research and established a good platform for academic exchanges between Chinese and foreign students. It has made an important contribution to better train overseas students to become high-quality talents who love China.
