At 9:00 am on December 22, there was a symposium of foreign expert in Fu Xin on the third floor conference room of international conference center. Municipal People's Government Secretary-General of Funxin Guo Shanrui, the director of  Municipal People and Social Bureau Zhao Weiguo, the vice-director Feng Yan, the director of Municipal Foreign Expert Bureau Zhao Xingyuan, the vice party secretary Liang Bing, the director of office of international exchange and cooperation Xu Ping, the excellent enterprise representatives for introducing the intelligence and more 20 foreign experts of our university and enterprise attended the meeting.
The meeting officially began after the participants signing on the red signature book in turn and sending a blessing. The meeting was presided by the vice-director of Municipal People and Social Bureau Feng Yan. Municipal People's Government Secretary-General of Fun Xin Guo Shanrui made a speech on behalf of municipal committee and municipal government, he expressed  his heartfelt thanks and best wishes to all the foreign experts who have been working hard in our city and made great contributions to the economic development of our city on behalf of all the people of our city. He pointed out that , since 1996, the work of introducing the intelligence in Fun Xin have gone through twenty springs and autumns. In this extraordinary time, the foreign experts had paid great efforts for the hydraumatic, machinery, Metallurgy, medicine, chemical industry, environmental protection, education and other industries and fields of our city and made outstanding contributions for the city's economic restructuring and revitalization and the development. Fu Xin city would continue to expand the opening up, carried out the exchange and cooperation of international talent and intelligence with multi-channel, deep-level and all-round and at the same time provided more international, facilitation and humane management and service according to the system of two cards in one of 《foreign expert certificate》and《foreign employment certificate》starting in 2017.
In the interactive session of the meeting, Municipal People's Government Secretary-General of Fun Xin Guo Shanrui, the director of  Municipal People and Social Bureau Zhao Weiguo and other leaders awarded consolation of Fuxin agate capital characteristics for the foreign experts, it not only embodied the social value of all the foreign experts to pay the effort and sweat for Fuxin development, but also reflected the municipal government for fully affirming and highly recognizing of  foreign experts work.
The vice party secretary Liang Bing spoke highly of professional spirit of foreign experts, as well as the contribution of foreign experts to the internationalized development of higher education in our university in his report of the management and work of foreign experts in our university. At the same time, it was pointed out that it could not be separated from the support of municipal government, the municipal people and society bureau, the municipal foreign expert bureau and the relevant departments for the smooth development of international exchange work in our university. Our university would live up to expectations and further enhance our international visibility and international influence through the introduction of overseas high-level talent.
During the meeting, the foreign experts of our university Prof. Li Yu, Christine Kolota, Jeremai Johannes and representative of the enterprise foreign experts made speeches, they thanked the Fu Xin municipal government and their own units for providing them good working and living environment and humanized services and help, so that they could work in a foreign country to feel at ease, at the same time, they said that they would work hard for the development of university and enterprises to play the greatest light and heat and for the development of introduction of  Fu Xin city to make the new and greater contribution.
As the most important window and platform to attract intellectual in Fu Xin City, foreign experts work in our university had been fully affirmed and highly praised by the municipal government. The annual foreign experts symposium provided a platform of exchange for the foreign experts working in our city, but also was to summarize and promote for introducing intelligence work of Fu Xin city. We have reason to believe that: our university would further promote the level of the managenment and service work for foreign experts, and made the foreign experts to sway youth and realize the value of life to feel at ease in this piece of fertile soil of Liao Ning Technical University.
